The SOL platform suite.
Four platforms that share one job and cost-code spine, each with its own client portal and AI assistance. Built by a contractor, for contractors — because nothing on the market did what our projects needed.
Built in the field, hardened on real jobs.
Each platform started as a problem on one of our own projects. We built the fix, then made it something another business could run on.
PROSOL
Project controls & cost management
Where the job lives. PROSOL owns the job number, the scope list, the cost codes and the budget — and reports actual against that budget as work lands. Because every other platform books to the same cost code, the forecast moves the day a timesheet is approved rather than at month end.
Who uses it: Project managers, commercial teams and clients who want cost visibility without waiting for a report.
Capability
- Budget vs actual by cost code
- Forecasting and variance tracking
- Scope and job registers
- Variations and progress claims
- Purchase orders
- Live client reporting
QUALSOL
Quality assurance & ITPs
Inspection and test plans that are worked, not filed. Hold and witness points are managed live, your representative signs in the system, and evidence is captured against the item as the work happens — so the quality dossier is complete at handover instead of being assembled afterwards.
Who uses it: Quality coordinators, supervisors and client representatives on outages and construction packages.
Capability
- ITP development and execution
- Hold and witness point management
- ITC check sheets, sectioned and matrix
- Defects, NCRs and punch lists
- Return to service and energisation approval
- Client review and sign-off
SAFESOL
HSE portal
Safety paperwork raised where the work happens. Take 5s and hazard reports are submitted from a phone at the work front, SWMS and JSAs are registered and version-controlled, and anything raised generates an action with an owner and a due date. Leading indicators update as it comes in.
Who uses it: HSE advisors, supervisors and every person on site with a phone.
Capability
- SWMS and JSA registers
- Online Take 5
- Hazard reporting
- Incident tracking and investigation
- Inspections, training and competency
- KPI and leading indicator reporting
PAYSOL
Timesheets, payroll & workforce
Hours captured on site, approved by the client, costed to the job and pushed to accounting. Fatigue thresholds are configurable per client and site, rosters and site sign-on are built in, and approved hours flow to Xero as draft pay runs.
Who uses it: Administration, payroll and clients approving labour hire hours.
Capability
- Timesheet entry, approval and register
- Payroll, leave and rosters
- Fatigue register and site sign-in
- Client approval portal
- Charge-out and invoicing
- Xero integration
Four platforms, one spine
The SOL platforms are not four products that happen to share a logo. They are one system with four front doors. A job is created once, and every platform reads and writes against that same record — so the scope, the budget, the safety paperwork, the quality evidence and the hours that built it are all describing the same piece of work, not four separate versions of it.
The loop closes without anyone re-keying anything. Change a cost code in one place and it is correct everywhere — which is why a supervisor can sign a hold point on a phone at the work front and the project manager sees the cost impact before the shift ends.
Need something that does not exist yet?
We build custom platforms for clients with a process no off-the-shelf product handles. Same team, same standards — scoped, built and supported by people who understand how a project actually runs.
