Specialist people. Complete project delivery. Systems that prove it.
Hunter Project Solutions supports the power generation and mining sectors across three connected capabilities — blue and white collar project personnel, full-scale LV and HV delivery, and our own purpose-built platforms for project, quality and workforce management.
What sets us apart
-
Governed deliveryControlled procedures and document control on every job, not just the big ones.
-
Our own softwareWe build the quality and workforce platforms we run projects on.
-
Local to the HunterRegional knowledge, established networks, people who know the sites.
-
Auditable by defaultITP-driven quality records your client can review in real time.
Trusted on generating assets, networks and mine sites.
Owners, OEMs and network operators who cannot afford a contractor who improvises.

Three capabilities. One accountable provider.
Most clients start with one and end up using all three. They are built to work together — the same governance, the same people, the same systems.
Project Personnel
Blue and white collar. Trades and supervision for the tools, plus the coordination, engineering and administration layer that keeps a project running — contract or permanent.
- Electricians, trades & leading hands
- Supervisors & site managers
- Project coordinators & engineering support
- Administration, QA & project controls
- FTE placement — power generation & mining
Project Delivery
Full-scale delivery from scope through to energisation — self-performed and managed end to end, with quality evidence captured as we go.
- LV & HV systems
- Installation & termination
- Testing & commissioning
- Quality assurance & ITP management
- Outage & shutdown support
SOL Platforms
A suite of project, quality and workforce platforms we developed for our own delivery — now available to clients, and able to be custom built.
- PROSOL — cost control & PM
- QUALSOL — quality assurance & ITPs
- PAYSOL — timesheets & payroll
- SAFESOL — HSE portal
- Client portals, AI & custom builds
From scope definition to approved to energise.
We take responsibility for the whole package — the crew, the works, the testing and the paperwork that proves it was done properly. Our clients get a single point of accountability and a complete quality record at handover.
Every job runs against controlled procedures and an inspection and test plan. Hold and witness points are managed live, so your representative signs off in the system rather than chasing a folder at the end.
Project delivery in detailLV & HV Systems
Low and high voltage installation, cabling, terminations, switchboards and distribution works.
Testing & Commissioning
Pre-commissioning checks, functional testing, fault finding and return-to-service readiness.
Quality Assurance
ITP development and execution, ITC check sheets, hold and witness point management, NCR and defect close-out.
Outages & Shutdowns
Scope registers, resourcing and supervision for planned outage windows where schedule certainty matters.
Handover & Close-out
Punch lists, as-built records and a complete, auditable quality dossier at practical completion.
The SOL platform suite
Built by a contractor, for contractors. Four platforms that share one job and cost-code spine, each with its own client portal and AI assistance — written because nothing on the market did what our projects needed.
Software that came out of the field, not a boardroom
Every SOL platform started as a problem on one of our own jobs — a quality record that could not be tracked, a timesheet process that would not scale, a client who needed visibility without another weekly report. We built the fix, then hardened it.
The result is a suite that works the way projects actually run, deployable for your business as-is or customised to your process.
Illustrative interface — your client sees status in real time, not at handover.
PROSOL
Project management and cost control — budget against actual, by cost code, in real time.

- Online Take 5
- Hazard reports
- Incident tracking & investigation
- KPI & leading indicators

Representative screens using sample data. Live systems hold client and personnel records and are access-controlled.
Four platforms, one spine
The SOL platforms are not four products that happen to share a logo. They are one system with four front doors. A job is created once, and every platform reads and writes against that same record — so the scope, the budget, the safety paperwork, the quality evidence and the hours that built it are all describing the same piece of work, not four separate versions of it.
The loop closes without anyone re-keying anything. Change a cost code in one place and it is correct everywhere — which is exactly why a supervisor can sign a hold point on a phone at the work front and the project manager sees the cost impact before the shift ends.
Need something that does not exist yet?
We build custom platforms for clients with a process no off-the-shelf product handles. Same team, same standards — scoped, built and supported by people who understand how a project actually runs.
Not a poster. It is how every job is planned, executed and closed out — and it is why our clients let us work on live assets.
Systems that stand up to a client audit.
Working on generating assets and mine sites means being able to demonstrate control, not just claim it. Our management system is documented, version controlled and applied consistently.
Documented Management System
An operations manual and controlled procedure set governing how we plan, execute and close out work.
Document Control
Formal numbering, versioning and review of every controlled document, with a maintained register.
Work Health & Safety
An HSEC management plan, risk management plan, safe work procedures and site-specific SWMS and JSAs, supported by isolation, test-for-dead and plant inspection controls.
Cm3 Prequalified
Independently assessed and current (Cm3 ID 83909) across electrical work to LV and ELV for both employees and subcontractors, test and tag, and work with fall risks including EWP and scaffold. Fully insured — certificates of currency provided on request.
Recent project experience

Bayswater Power Station
Siemens DCS upgrade including multiple board installations and a 32kVA dual inverter system. TSSR cable installation and termination, generator protection upgrades, circuit breaker replacement, actuator works through CMOP outages, and DC battery discharge testing.
Mangoola CHPP
